Contingent Fee - A percentage of the amount awarded that goes to the Attorney if a case is won or settled. Attorney is not paid if case is loss.

RETAINER AVERAGE COST = $1000.00 USD - $5000.00+ USD

Retainer Fee (Billable Hours) - Attorney receives a deposit amount, which increments of worked hours (billables) are charged to until it's depleted. Will need to be refilled to continue billables for work.

Costs subtracted from the Retainer include:
